This is our mini course on 'Case Management' in civil law cases. It explores Part 3 of the Civil Procedure Rules (CPRs) and aims to engage you with getting familiar with the court's views of how a Civil Case should be managed and the sanctions for not following case management rules. Courts can give decisions and directions of how to deal with a management issue within a case.
The course involves quizzes and downloadable resources such as Judgments, example Court Directions and cases involving sanctions.
The duration of the course is approximately 1 hour. However, you can work at your own pace, we recommend you study in a way that best meets your usual daily activities.
